Your feedback is very important to us. Please let us know about your experiences so we can continue improving our platform and the service we provide you.

You can give us feedback by calling 1300 671 931, emailing us at or filling out the form below.

Once we have received your feedback, we will review it and respond within 10 working days. If you are still not happy with the outcome, you can ask for the matter to be reviewed by a member of the Support Network executive team.

If we still cannot reach an outcome you are happy with, you can lodge a complaint with:

  1. If you are in NSW, NT, QLD, Vic or Tas, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
  2. if you are in WA, the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office
  3. The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
