Support Network is a user-friendly online platform where you can search for and hire independent support workers.

Sign up for free and search online for qualified support workers according to which suburb they work in, and what services they offer. You can also post your own unique job ad, inviting support workers to apply for the position.

Once you find someone you would like to connect with, you can contact them directly through Support Network to arrange an interview. If you decide to hire them, we will organise payment – including using your NDIS funding or home care package – so you don’t have to worry about the admin.

There are range of services you can find on Support Network. This will all depend on your care needs. Services include:

Personal Care (only offered by support workers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in aged care or disability services)

• Manual transfer and assistance with mobility

Allied Health services (only delivered by qualified health professionals):

• Occupational Therapy
• Physical Therapy
• Psychological and mental health services
• Speech therapy and/or pathology

Signing up to Support Network is free.

Clients and support workers will not have to pay anything to join. Support workers set their own hourly rate. Price can be negotiated between client and support worker. Individual clients will pay 5% plus agreed price and wholesale clients (Providers) please contact us for quote. Support workers will receive 2% less than agreed price for the business clients, and Support workers will receive 3% less than agreed price for the direct clients which allows us to provide you with ongoing support, insurances, administration and assistance.

Signing up to Support Network is easy. The process is straightforward and can be done in under 20 minutes. Simply follow the prompts to tell us a bit about your care needs and become a member today to access local support workers to suit your needs.

You’ll need to tell us a bit about yourself – including any relevant qualifications you have, depending on which services you offer. Once we approve your profile, we’ll add you to our growing network of support workers and you can start applying for jobs.

Absolutely. You can invite anyone to join your care team through Support Network: a support worker, therapist, nurse, neighbour, or friend.

When you sign up, we will ask you who you would like to invite. Enter their contact details, and we will send them an email on your behalf, inviting them to join Support Network as an independent service provider. We will also explain to them how our platform works, manage their approval, and take care of the payment process so they can join your personal care team as soon as possible.
