Creating your own profile on Support Network is a great way to connect with support workers and let them know what you need. It also helps us provide you with administration support (e.g. handling your payments, or using your home care package or NDIS funding).
To set up your own profile, log in to your account, select the ‘profile’ section on the dashboard and fill out the form provided. You’ll need to provide us with the following information:

Only independent and qualified carers on our network will be able to view your profile. You can also create a profile for someone else, if you are arranging care on another person’s behalf.
