Michelle Flynn
Local Care Partner – Wollondilly
I've spent twenty years in marketing and innovation. What drives me now is the difference good care makes in someone's life. As Executive Client & Marketing Manager at Support Network, I lead a team of passionate people across Australia. We're backed by more than 15,000 qualified support and care workers nationwide, and that number is growing.
Connection is at the heart of what I do. I'm proud to lead a dedicated and passionate team of Independent Care Partners on the ground in each state and territory who understand and work with the local community. I also lead our national Partnership Program, a free network that brings providers, Support Coordinators, plan managers, allied health and community organisations together. When someone needs the right support, we know who to call.
I'm also building new ways for the people who live and deliver care to shape what comes next. Through the Support Network Innovation Collective, participants, carers and frontline workers help design our services. Through our AI Marketplace, we build practical tools that free up time for what matters most: people.
I believe the best care comes from working together, and I'd welcome the chance to connect.
- Person-centred support, shaped around each individual
- Trust and safety in every connection we make
- Choice over who provides your care
- Care that listens, without rushing
Why I do this
"I want to leave a legacy of care and support — and always be remembered for making the lives of everyone I touch better."

"After Mum's assessment, Michelle called us personally and had a support worker visiting within the week. The same friendly face comes every visit now — Mum calls her by name, and Dad finally gets a proper break. For the first time we feel like someone local actually knows our family."
