Throughout my career, I have become proficient at managing client relationships, liaising with service providers, and growing new business opportunities in a highly regulated environment.

Whilst I have performed a variety of client-facing roles, the positions I have held have focused on customer-centred care, quality customer service, and partnering with key stakeholders.
