Michelle Flynn

Seasoned marketing and innovation leader with two decades of experience turning complex service organisations into growth engines. Currently Head of Marketing & Innovation at Support Network, where I am building Australia’s most connected disability and aged care ecosystem.

I lead the growth of Support Network’s national Partnership Program — a free, Australia-wide collaboration network that already connects trusted providers, Support Coordinators, plan managers, allied health and community organisations so that when the right opportunity arises, we know exactly who to call. This operational foundation creates two-way referral pathways, workforce solutions and stronger industry relationships across the country.

On top of that foundation I am architecting two forward-looking initiatives:

The Support Network Innovation Collective — three exclusive advisory communities (Participant/Carer Voice Council, Frontline Innovation Network, and Innovation Partner Circle) that put the people who live and deliver support at the centre of product, service and technology design.

And the Support Network AI Marketplace — a modular suite of specialised AI Assistants that solve high-friction daily problems (Report Writer for NDIS-ready progress reports, Referral Finder, Meeting Assistant, Choice & Control Assistant, Community Connector, and Review Prep Assistant).

My approach is simple: stop building what we think people want and start building what they tell us they need. The result is a continuous cycle of listening, building, testing and improving that reduces administrative burden, strengthens participant choice & control, and creates a genuine point of difference in the Australian market.

I believe the future of disability and aged care will be defined by organisations that stop competing in isolation and start co-creating solutions with the people who live and deliver care every day. I regularly share perspectives on sector collaboration, co-design and practical innovation — and I’m always open to connecting with others working on the same challenges.
