• Marketing –digital marketing to registered clients of available support workers
• Provision of information to registered clients including contact details and work experience. Your documentation may also be provided to clients.

• Continuous improvement

Is the information we gather secure?

• Yes, information gathered from our website is kept secure in order to satisfy legal obligations. We have in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard your information.
• Your information will only be provided to clients who are registered with Support Network for the purposes of discussing potential work opportunities with you or if documentation is required by a client for whom you are performing shifts.
• The information you upload to Support Network is available to you at all times and you have access to modify, change or delete the information retained on your Support Network profile.
• You may request details of your personal information at any time under the Data Protection Act 1998 and Australian Privacy Principles 2014, however, a small fee may be payable. Please request at any time to info@supportnetwork.com.au.
