Help More People Access the Support They Deserve
Because every great support journey starts with the right connection.
Learn MoreWhether it's a participant, a family member or someone exploring support for the first time, your introduction could help them access compassionate, reliable support sooner.
That's why we've created Share the Support — our new referral program exclusively for Support Network staff. If someone you introduce becomes an active participant and the referral meets the program criteria, you'll receive a $250 thank-you in recognition.
It's recognition, not motivation — every referral should happen because it's genuinely in the person's best interests. The thank-you is simply our way of acknowledging you for helping someone find quality support.
Three simple steps — our team handles the rest.
Someone who could genuinely benefit from quality support.
Log in to your portal and complete the short form.
If the referral meets the criteria, your $250 thank-you follows.
What happens after you refer
We contact the participant → we take time to understand their goals → we help them explore the support options that best suit them → if eligible, your $250 thank-you is processed. You'll be kept in the loop along the way.
From the left-hand menu, follow this path:
On the Referral Program page you'll find the program overview, eligibility requirements, recognition details and FAQs. To submit, complete the participant's details — full name, email address, phone number, funding type, and their Support Coordinator or Plan Manager if known — then click Submit Referral. Our team will take it from there.

Our commitment
Share the Support is built on ethical, transparent, participant-centred practice. These principles guide every referral:
Participant first — every referral is made because it's genuinely in the person's best interests.
Choice & control — participants are always free to choose the provider that best meets their needs, goals and preferences.
Honest & ethical practice — we provide information, answer questions and support informed decisions. We never pressure or influence someone's choice.
Building stronger communities — introductions help more people discover quality support and greater independence.
Recognition, not motivation — the $250 is a thank-you for helping someone access quality support, never the reason for a referral.
All referrals must comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and Support Network policies. Referral thank-you payments are subject to the program Terms & Conditions, applicable legislation and Support Network approval processes. Referral recognition is not intended to influence participant choice or decision-making.
If you know someone who could genuinely benefit from quality support, we'd love to hear from you.
