How it works
Three simple steps. No paperwork, no chasing.
1. Tell them about Support Network
Share what you know — that we connect participants directly with vetted independent support workers, with full choice and no agency in the middle.
2. Send us their details
Submit their name and contact info through the referral form. Our team reaches out, walks them through the platform, and helps them find the right worker.
3. Get $300 when they book their first shift
Once your referred client completes their first booked shift on the platform, we'll process your $300 thank-you payment. Refer as many people as you like.

Terms & conditions: $300 referral payment is made to the referring support worker once the referred client has completed their first booked and paid shift through the Support Network platform. Referred clients must be new to Support Network and not previously registered. The referring worker must be an active, verified support worker on the platform at the time of payment. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, and referrals of immediate family members are not eligible. Support Network reserves the right to verify all referrals and to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Payment is processed within 14 business days of the qualifying shift being completed. Standard tax obligations apply to the recipient.
