Clinical services cost you nothing
Under Support at Home, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and podiatry, delivered by qualified healthcare professionals, is fully funded by the government, with no contribution required, no matter your income or assets. Then, from 1 October 2026, personal care is fully covered too.
