Greater Brisbane is at the heart of Queensland’s growing number of people with an NDIS plan. The South East Queensland corridor (Brisbane out to Logan, Ipswich, Redlands and Moreton Bay) is one of the busiest regions in the NDIS, with provider availability changing rapidly.
The challenge is Brisbane’s low-density spread. A provider with capacity at one end of the region might have none at the other, and a participant in the Redlands could be an hour from a participant in Ipswich. This is where local knowledge matters: a support coordinator who knows the SEQ provider map can put you in touch with services that have real availability, not waitlists.
Our coordinators cover the entire region, from the northside around Chermside and Caboolture, through the western corridor to Ipswich and Springfield, to the bayside Redlands and the Logan growth areas, and have the connections to make things happen.
Areas we serve include Logan, Ipswich, Redlands, Moreton Bay, Chermside, Caboolture, Springfield, Wynnum, Cleveland and Strathpine.

Yes, inner Brisbane plus Logan, Ipswich, Redlands, Moreton Bay and the surrounding growth areas. Given SEQ’s vast extent, a good understanding of which providers have real capacity in each area is useful.
Yes. When your situation changes, we adjust your supports around you and reconnect you with services as needed. Coordinating that process is exactly what makes your plan work in this rapidly evolving area.
No, but you don’t pay. If you have support coordination funded in your plan under Capacity Building, it’s paid from your allocated funding. You won’t be charged anything out of pocket or receive invoices unless you’re self-managed, and it doesn’t come from your core supports.
Level 1 is Support Connection ($80.06/hr in 2025-26), lighter and focused on connecting to services. Most people are funded at Level 2, Coordination of Supports ($100.14/hr). Level 3, Specialist Support Coordination ($190.54/hr), is delivered by more qualified practitioners for more complex needs or high risk.
Yes. If support coordination is listed in your plan, you can choose any provider, rather than being assigned to one, and you can change your coordinator if one isn’t suited to you.
