The Gold Coast is one of the fastest-growing areas in Queensland, and so is its number of NDIS participants. It’s a difficult city to coordinate geographically, with an unusual shape: a long, roughly 60-kilometre strip from the northern growth areas down to the NSW border, and providers don’t cover all of it evenly.
From the fast-growing northern stretch around Coomera and Pimpama, to the central areas of Southport and Robina, to the southern reaches near Burleigh and Currumbin, availability varies significantly. A support coordinator who understands the Coast’s provider map can help you find therapists and workers that actually service your part of the city.
From the northern growth suburbs, to the centre (around Nerang and Southport), to the south (Palm Beach and Coolangatta), our Gold Coast coordinators support participants across the entire Gold Coast, and have the connections to get supports moving.
Areas we serve include Southport, Robina, Coomera, Burleigh Heads, Nerang, Broadbeach, Palm Beach, Coolangatta, Pimpama and Helensvale.

Yes, and that’s precisely the value. Coverage can vary from Coomera in the north to Coolangatta on the border, so it’s important to know what services operate in your area, and our Gold Coast coordinators have that knowledge.
Yes. Moving to and from the Gold Coast and nearby northern NSW has no impact on how we coordinate your plan and help you connect with providers.
No. If you have support coordination funded in your plan under Capacity Building, it’s paid from your plan amount, not via an invoice, and you won’t pay out of pocket, unless you’re self-managed, in which case you receive an invoice. It doesn’t come from your core supports.
Level 1, Support Connection ($80.06/hr in 2025-26), is a lighter touch for connecting with services. The most common level is Level 2, Coordination of Supports ($100.14/hr). Level 3, Specialist Support Coordination ($190.54/hr), is for more complex needs or greater risk and is provided by more skilled practitioners.
Yes. Support coordination is optional in your plan; if you have it, you choose who provides it, and you can change coordinators if one isn’t right for you.
