Support At Home with Support Network

The support at home program is coming, and Support Network is already living it. We’re delivering personal care activities, nursing care, health monitoring, and community care today, and we’ll continue tomorrow with even stronger frameworks.

Our care team includes nurses, carers, allied health professionals, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists, all working together. We coordinate medical appointments, manage respite care, and build personalized care plans that shift as needs change.

When November 2025 arrives, families in Lidcombe won’t need to search for a new provider. They’ll already have us — a partner who has adapted, prepared, and proven capable of delivering every part of the new model.
